Ambrosial Home Return Policy
At Ambrosial Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As we use a dropshipping model, our return procedures are guided by our supplier's policy, and we have outlined the process below to ensure a smooth and clear experience for you.
This policy applies in addition to your statutory rights under UK law, which are not affected.
How to request a return or refund
To initiate any return or refund request, please contact us by email at info@ambrosiahome.com
within the specified timeframes. Please provide your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.
If you change your mind (unwanted items)
If you wish to return an item because you've simply changed your mind, you have the right to cancel and request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The item must be returned to us in its original, unopened packaging and in an "as new" condition. We cannot accept returns of cosmetic items that have been unsealed.
- Return Shipping Cost: You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to our supplier's warehouse. We will provide you with the correct return address once your request is approved.
- Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected by our supplier, we will process a refund for the cost of the item. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the item back.
- Non-refundable costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable for unwanted items.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.
- Timeframe: You must notify us of any issues with your order within 48 hours of receiving it for damaged items, or within 7 days for incorrect or faulty items.

- For low-value items (under £15): We will often ask you to provide clear photographic evidence of the fault or damage instead of returning the item.
- For high-value items (over £15): We will provide a pre-paid return label or arrange a collection for the item.
- Resolution: Upon verification of the fault, we will offer you a replacement, a full refund, or a price reduction, depending on the item and circumstances.
Important exclusions
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty. These include:
- Perishable goods or items with an expiry date.
- Items that have been personalised or custom-made.
- Cosmetic or personal care products that have been unsealed.
